We will work on greater self-acceptance and self-esteem. Communication is life, so together we will improve communication and interpersonal skills. Let's challenge those self-defeating behaviors and sabotaging habits and develop a greater sense of self and purpose. Life will never be without stress, but managing stress effectively is very possible.
